02Our services

We provide e-commerce support services for sellers on online marketplaces, including seller account setup guidance, store branding, product listings, listing optimisation, store management and consultation.

The exact scope, deliverables and price of each project are set out in a written quote. If there is a conflict between these terms and your quote, the quote applies.

03Quotes and acceptance

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).
• We do not start work until the quote has been accepted.

04Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• Seller accounts must be opened in your own name, using your own identity, business and payment details.
• You are responsible for the products you sell and for complying with the law and marketplace policies.
• You must keep your account login details secure and share access with us only as agreed.

05Marketplace decisions

Online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Etsy make their own decisions about account approval, listings, suspensions and fees. We are not affiliated with these marketplaces and cannot control their decisions.

We do not guarantee account approval, sales volumes, search rankings or any particular financial result.

We do not buy, sell or transfer marketplace accounts, and we will not carry out any activity that breaches marketplace policies.

06Fees and payment

Our fees and payment terms are set out in your quote. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work if payment is overdue.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the listing content and branding materials we create specifically for you. Our website content, logo and general methods remain our property.

08Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or decisions made by marketplaces.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

09Use of this website

Content on this website is for general information only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content without permission.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
